Biomimetic simply means designed to mimic biology — formulating a product using ingredients structurally identical, or nearly identical, to what your body already contains. The logic is simple: your skin doesn't have to "figure out" what to do with a molecule it already recognizes. It just gets to work.
Why this took longer to reach your teeth
Skincare had an advantage — skin is visibly, immediately responsive. You see redness calm down, texture change, in days. Enamel is a much quieter tissue.
